Have the best of both worlds! We are bringing the trainer to you! Have all the benefits of working with a trainer, except you get to do it at home on your own time. Each week you're given 2 workouts including regressions and progressions to work with where you are. If there are any equipment suggestions you'll see that before you start your workout Each workout starts with a demo of the exercise including cue forms, what to do and what not to do. Then the workout starts for 5 rounds of 45 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. I did the work for you so all you have to do is SHOW UP!
