Hi, I'm Laura

REDEFINE SUCCESS FROM THE INSIDE OUT BY TURNING STRESS INTO STRATEGY AND ALIGNING WHO YOU ARE, WHAT YOU WANT, AND HOW YOU LIVE THROUGH PRACTICAL MINDSET TOOLS, EMOTIONAL FITNESS, NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT, AND COMMUNITY ACCOUNTABILITY.
No matter where you are in your journey, whether you are just beginning this inner work or leading at a high level and craving real alignment, you can count on me to help you turn stress into strategy and lead yourself with clarity, courage, and compassion.

My Story
For most of my life, my weight was just the surface of a much deeper story. The real wound was what it did to my self-worth. I learned early on that if I abandoned my own needs, kept the peace, and over-delivered for others, maybe I would earn acceptance. That survival strategy of people-pleasing, over-functioning, and constantly proving myself shaped almost everything: my relationships, my decisions, and the way I showed up in the world.

I loved helping people, and at first, that led me into personal training. Given my own history, helping others with their bodies felt natural. When some clients still were not satisfied, I went further and became a nutrition specialist. The physical results improved, but they still were not lasting. That was my first real clue that I was trying to create deep change by only addressing the outer layer.
At the same time, my personal life hit a series of painful chapters that sent my old survival patterns into overdrive. I became so overwhelmed and disconnected from myself that I seriously considered ending my life. The thing that stopped me was not self-love. It was knowing how much pain it would cause other people. That moment forced a choice. If I was not willing to hurt them, I had to stop quietly destroying myself.

That was the turning point when my focus shifted from “fix my body” to reclaiming authority over my entire life.

The decision to change was scary, emotional, and incredibly challenging, and it was also the doorway to real freedom. I began doing the inner work: understanding my beliefs, regulating my nervous system, building emotional fitness, and learning how to lead myself instead of abandoning myself. It proved something I had always said but was now truly living: if it does not challenge you, it will not change you.

What started as an idea for a blog built around that principle began to evolve. As I shared what I was learning with clients, not just about food and fitness, but about mindset, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and self-leadership, I watched them experience deeper and more sustainable shifts. Their careers, relationships, and health started to change because they were changing from the inside out. That is when Change By Challenge stopped being a concept and became my calling.

My life did not suddenly become perfect. It became aligned. I started seeing value even in the hard, messy moments I would have preferred to avoid, because they built strength and clarity. I found confidence in who I actually am, not who I had been conditioned to be. I stepped out of the stress-addicted urgency to prove my worth and into a calmer, values-led way of leading myself, my work, and my relationships.

That journey gave me freedom, but it was never meant only for me.

Today, I believe we are here to support each other in becoming the leaders of our own inner world: our mind, our emotions, our nervous system, and our choices. With the tools and perspective I have gained, I help high achievers and leaders reset their autopilot, reclaim their inner power, and create lasting change from the inside out, so their life and leadership actually feel as good as they look from the outside.

It is my privilege and my honor when someone chooses to trust me with that process. I know how vulnerable this work is, and I do not take that lightly. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone remember their power and start leading their life on purpose.
