Hit the easy button with the 12 week workout program. Gain access to a diversity of strength circuits built to strengthen your entire body while keeping your heart healthy. Each workout provides a demo of the different exercises including ways to make it easier and how you can make it more challenging. Once demo is complete get to work as the workout will guide you through a timed workout of 45 seconds of work to 20 seconds of rest. You get to view the timer countdown AND the exercise you are on to make it as easy as possible. This program is designed so you don't need any equipment and you can do it anywhere.
