My Story
Shree is a Certified Lifestyle Design Coach, dedicated to helping individuals transform their experience of life through practical, sustainable habits. With a rich and diverse cultural background, Shree has used her own life journey as a foundation for deep personal growth, and now guides others to do the same.
Her coaching philosophy centers on the belief that transformation doesn’t require struggle or chasing massive goals. Instead, Shree empowers her clients to build simple, consistent daily habits that lead to profound, lasting change across all areas of life; health, relationships, career, parenting, and personal growth.
Shree views life in chapters:

She believes the early chapters of life shape how we perceive and respond to future challenges. Raised in a strict environment, Shree struggled with low self-worth in her formative years but refused to let that define her. Through personal growth and steady habits, she rewrote her story, one chapter at a time.
In her early twenties, Shree moved to the United States for higher education. She went on to enjoy a successful career spanning more than 20 years in digital operations before transitioning to life coaching, driven by a deep desire to help others navigate life’s complexities with greater self-awareness and purpose. For Shree, redefining success and cultivating self-awareness aren’t just goals, they're daily lifestyle choices.
Beyond her coaching practice, Shree is passionate about giving back. She served as a volunteer Digital Chat Counselor for over a year with The Trevor Project, supporting LGBTQ+ youth in crisis. She also currently mentors two undergraduate students in India through the Resolution Project, guiding their nonprofit work to increase career awareness among underprivileged high school students.
Shree lives in Phoenix, AZ, with her husband, while their son resides in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys cooking healthy meals, taking long daily walks, listening to personal development podcasts, and gardening.
