This lesson sends your on your first decoding mission to understand why you self sabotage and how you might be using food as a solution to emotional or internal problems. This lesson we start shifting your attention internally to navigating your behavior and give you tools to nourish all of your body needs.

These stories influence our emotions and in turn our hormones making our experience unpleasant, but also making it harder to achieve our health goals. This lesson helps you understand how to empower yourself and be a productive narrator.
Most are aware that stress weighs on us and is bad for our health, but how much do you understand about relaxation.There's a bigger purpose to being able to relax and what it does for our body. We need to befriend our stress and value our relaxation to truly embody health.
