Sign in to Self-Care Subscription Slack app on mobile

To access this workspace on your phone:

  1. Open Slack on your mobile device. From the home tab, swipe right.

  2. Tap Add a workspace at the bottom of the pane.

  3. Tap Sign in to another workspace at the bottom of the list.

  4. Tap Scan QR Code below or click the button for access.

Step 4:

Introduce yourself!

Head over to our #community channel and introduce yourself. This channel is a anything goes space to lean on your community for support, tips and updates.

If you have any questions for Laura, you can either email her at, tag her in your message by using @Laura or DM her in the app. 

Step 5:

Setting your Notifications. 

Now I know we don't want to get distracted by our phones, but this is your accountability partner. You can edit your notifications to only receive prompts for when you are directly tagged in a message as well as for notifications from your self-care prompt channel. 

You can edit your notifications by following these steps:

  1. From a channel or group DM, tap the conversation name.

  2. Tap Notifications.

  3. Choose your preference for the conversation.
