PALEO/VEGAN PANCAKES

Ingredients

for 4 servings​

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3/4 cup tapioca flour

  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Lunch / Dinner

CHICKEN FAJITA SPAGHETTI SQUASH

Ingredients
for 4 servings

  • 1 whole spaghetti squash

  • 2 whole chicken breasts

  • 2 whole peppers

  • 1 whole onion

  • 1 packet fajita seasoning ( I used Primal Palate)

  • 1 whole avocado
