Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis

  • salt, to taste

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese(55 g), grated

  • â…“ cup fresh chives(15 g)

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 egg

Breakie

EGG BAKED IN TOMATOES

for 4 servings

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 8 medium tomatoes

  • 8 large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (like parsley, thyme, rosemary or a mixture)

BUFFALO CHICKEN CRUSTED PIZZA

  • 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 stalk (64 g) celery

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

  • 3 tablespoons Franks Red Hot Original

  • 1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled

  • 1 stalk (12 g) green onion
