Week 3 =40 Minute Total Body Workout
This is your total body circuit! ...Listen to the form cues, do what feels best in the body, and whichever option you feel the most activation. The total body workout is intended to be completed in a circuit which means complete each exercise on a timer. Don't worry I did all the work for you so all you have to do is move. The start of the video will walk through each exercise in the circuit and the different variations for each exerciser. Once the intro is complete, the exercise video will reappear, but this time with a countdown timer. Between each exercise, there is a resting timer before the next exercise. The video below goes through 5 total rounds.
Try to complete 4-5 rounds and feel the burn!
