Week 3  30 Minute Total Body Workout

This is your total body circuit! Listen to the form cues, and do what feels best in the body. Whichever option feels the most activation. I'd like for you to complete exercise in a circuit and do each one on a timer. Don't worry I did all the work for you so all you have to do is move. What you can expect is to be run through each exercise and the different variations to start. Then it'll have a demo of the exercise with the countdown timer showing you how much time you have remaining. It'll then flash to a resting timer before introducing the next exercise and repeat. 


Try to complete 4-6 rounds and feel the burn!!!
