Similar to abiding by the narratives of others, who we are authentically has a strong influence in our confidence. When we don’t know who we are, when we are only familiar with our shortcomings, it breeds doubt. By understanding who you are authentically, who you can’t help but be, it'll show you where you can be confident. These areas are part of you and you will act on them instinctively.
