Laura is the best! If you haven't met her, you'll think it's an overstatement. However, everyone who's had her as a trainer and/or a coach will definitely agree. I was hesitant about taking this type of class. I'm not a life/health coach kind of person. I find these types of programs a little too "woo woo" for me. Laura made this class a lot of fun, even when talking about tough subjects. All the steps she gave were easily attainable though implementation was sometimes harder. Old habits are hard to break. This class has transformed the way I eat, think and live. I highly recommend it to anyone who feels like they need a change in their life and a kick in the butt. Personally, I need to be held accountable and the funny thing is, after a while, I just started doing the steps because I wanted to! The fact that Laura was going to hold me accountable didn't even cross my mind. I just started doing things that benefitted me mentally and physically. I don't know where I would be without her class--I mean, probably still "trying" to eat healthy and judging myself for not doing it. There is a lot less judgment and a lot more self love happening in my life and for that, I will be forever grateful. Bottom line- Take the class. Change your life.
I thought I was joining a program about nutrition and physical health but it was so much more. HOW WILL I ACCESS THE LIVE COACHING CALLS?
You will recieve a zoom link via your email and the facebook group
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SESSION?
No worries! Everything is recorded and available for replay so you won't miss a beat!
WHERE DO I ACCESS THE LEARNING MATERIAL?
You will recieve an email with all the necessary information to get access to your dashboard after purchase. From the dashboard you will have access to all recordings, worksheets, post session forms and your action plan.
AFTER I PURCHASE, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will get access to your dashboard where the learning is accessed. The week before the welcome party you will be given access to your community. All the ins and outs will be explained during the welcome party (which will also be recorded).
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM RUN?
The program runs on an alternating schedule. Week 1 you will be responsible for watching the first lesson and practicing the action steps. Week 2 you will meet live with your team to discuss challenges and obstacles that help shift your behavior. Then you have an additional week to apply what you learned in the live session before new learning content. That structure repeats through the program.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
This is a very person dependant question. Depending on how much you have to lose and how committed you are to following through with the action steps will influence your results. I've had people lose 5lbs and I've had clients lose 20lbs. But the best part is even after the program I get to hear how they are continuing to lose weight continuing with what they learned in the program.
